Sustainable Herbs Project Sneak Peak: Processing Ginger

We were fortunate to be visiting this processing facility outside Bangalore in southern India¬†on the day they received a large shipment of organically cultivated ginger. It was fascinating to see how they moved the ginger through the different steps. We’re sharing this 1 1/2 minute video – narrated by Vijayalakshmi Rajesh, Manager of Phalada Agro Research Foundation – while waiting for the Sustainable Herbs Project website to be completed.
